Britney Spears is to record a video segment for Madonna's Sticky and Sweet tour. Madonna's spokesperson Liz Rosenberg confirmed, "Britney is going to film something for Madonna's show in the next week or so," details on the stick and sweet video were not available, "I don't know. It's a secret," she said. Meanwhile Britney Spears is busy promoting her current album Blackout.
